The world has changed tremendously over the past few years in political, economic, social and market fields. It has become increasingly uncertain, diverse and complex. Massive use of the Internet and rapid technological change have resulted in patterns, efficiencies, product innovations, and the constant emergence of industry disruptors. Business leaders in China and around the world are facing the biggest disruptive change since the Industrial Revolution era and the urgent need for creative organizational restructuring. In addition, Chinese enterprises also face the challenges of demographic dividend disappearance, exchange rate fluctuations, homogenization competition, consumer generation replacement, higher customer expectations, policies and regulations reformation, and so on. With all these challenges, Chinese leaders have realized the importance of strategy and talent management. However, Chinese enterprises often lack the organisational capacity to connect their strategies and talents. As a result, companies need executives who can help to improve their organization's capabilities.
This programme is based on the latest theory and practice of organisational development and change. It focuses on organisational design, personnel training and cultural shaping from the strategic planning of the enterprise. It examines the needs of all parties involved in the process of change and enhances the thinking and ability of leaders in change. The effectiveness of organisational development aims to foster a new generation of change-capable leaders who shape and empower organisations.

Teachers include world-famous scholars of organizational development and leadership from Pennsylvania State University and Nanyang Technological University. The teaching team also includes cutting-edge innovation management experts, such as design thinking. Their courses will also be combined with the curriculum of Asia Pacific Business Leaders, who have practical experiences in changing. The programme analyzes the problems and challenges of Chinese enterprises with a global perspective and experience and leads the participants to become business leaders with "global thinking" and "Chinese wisdom."
Critical Issues in Senior Management
This programme focuses on the latest developments in the field of organisational development, change management and leadership. It enables business leaders to drive business change and lead employees to meet the challenges of both internal and external change, driving organisational growth. The participants will explore the key elements of organizational change management by analyzing the principles of organisational development. Through practice and discussion, they will drive organisational change and maximize team performance.

Students will join a global community with outstanding academia and alumni network across the world. The various alumni events (i.e., seminars, forums, visits, study tours) will not only enable you to broaden your network but also to think and work on a global scale.
Students who completed all required modules and passed all assessments will be awarded the “Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development and Change Management”, a postgraduate qualification recognized by countries across the world, which include but not limited to United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, Australia, Sweden, South Africa, India, Chile, Brazil, Singapore.
This programme is suitable for executives who lead organisational development and change, including but not limited to chief executive officer, chief operating officer, president, general manager and general manager of group company divisions, HR/ finance/marketing vice president. It is especially suitable for executives whose career path is organisational development. Applicants must have at least 10 years of work experience with at least 8 years of managerial experience.
The programme sims at training students to fully understand and grasp the concepts of organisational development (OD) and change mangement (CM), so that they can participate and lead OD operational process in a scientific and systematic manner. Upon completion of the programme, students will be able to prepare and lead the process, and manage the challenges effectively. They will become the driving force of change and gradually set up and maintain long term organizational culture.

Students who successfully completed the non-credit bearing module "Residential Workshop", and all the assessment of the 9 credit-bearing modules, will be awarded the certificate “Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development and Change Management” issued by the University of Hong Kong.
Minimum Entry Requirements
In order to encourage ICB and SEA alumni to practice the concept of "lifelong learning" and move toward higher career goals, SEA will set up the "ICB and SEA Alumni Lifelong Learning Scholarship" (deduct HK$30,000 from tuition fee for each eligible alumni) to support continuous breakthroughs and excellence, and continue their studies and pursue a series of executive courses offered by SEA in conjunction with the world's top educational institutions such as Cambridge University Business School, Harvard Medical School and KEDGE Business School.
