Mr Li Huihui accumulated rich global working experience and specialized in Business Management, Enterprise Strategy, Capital Operation, M&A, PE/VC, Digital Transformation etc. Mr Li once served in Citibank, OCBC Bank, China HengFeng Bank as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific HQ, Head of Consumer/Private Banking of China, Consumer Banking CEO, and President of Global Business Management, Board, Mr Li was also once seconded into China GuangFa Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as Senior Consultant of Strategic Restructure by Citibank. Mr Li directly managed 14 AP countries’ businesses operation, a hundred billion US$ of assets, close to 500 branches, and thousands of staff. Mr Li was once elected as Council Member of Shandong Monetary Society.
Mr Li now serves in couple of China Top 500 companies and public listed firms as non-executive board directors and board advisors, led and guided the firms in IPO, M&A, Enterprise value enhancement, corporate governance, strategy planning etc.
Mr Li once led applying for financial licenses and setting up Global Investment Banking Corporation of China Banks, Consumer Finance Corporation, Wealth Management Subsidiary, Group Finance Company, Digital Bank etc. Mr Li also drove and led early or middle-stage investments in Coinbase, Medallia, Circle, UBTech, Face++, Lifotronic Technology, Video++etc. Mr Li was also engaged in mega-scale global M&A projects as a core member, including Citibank acquiring China GuangFa bank and Taiwan Bank of Overseas Chinese, OCBC Bank acquiring Hongkong WingHang Bank, A-share listed pharmacy firm acquiring European orphan drug company, Hubei SOE acquiring U.S. environmental protection firm, SOE acquiring Germany Railway Corporation, Iron-steel firm acquiring former global 500 enterprises etc.
Mr Li obtained an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge, the U.K., Master of Business degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Double Bachelor degrees in Mechanical engineering and Economics from Peking University, China.
